I like the color choices, and the framing around the photo's but this seems way to large to be a web site header or perhaps your definition of a web site header differs from mine. Headers to me is something that would go at the top of the page above a web site as like a logo or something to that effect. Anyhow, I like the choice of fonts and the little roundish green bar in the middel is nice. Good job!
